I love the simple layout of the jars and the various colors that are inside each one. It looks really attractive and clutter free. I also like how all the vegetables and beans are stored in old fashioned Ball jars. The jars themselves add character to the space that new containers from a local retailer could not bring. I also love the vase. I think these are great center pieces when filled with fruit in the summer, and can be changed periodically throughout the seasons. The coffee beans and the other items are beautiful together. This set of items can really be perfect for any time of the year. I love the neutral colors all together. The vase complements the wall color and the pieces in the room. My cousins did a fabulous job decorating their home! :D

Gary Harvey
Labels: vogue.co.ukSpring/Summer 2008 Ready to wear in LA
These are some gowns by Gary Harvey that are made of old cloths and other materials. It is a different way to think about t shirts, jeans, and coats. He used unwanted/unusual materials to make runway attire.

A View of India
My friend Shaili and her mom gave me a tunic from India. The embroidery is beautiful and interesting. So much detail and precision went into the embellishments. It is a very unique gift, and nice of them to think of me. :] I really enjoy viewing cultural dress.

Spine
Labels: zappos.com
DSquared2 pumps ~ $1,279.00
These are interesting platforms! The heel is designed to look like a spine from a skeleton. This is not my style but I think the idea is creative and like a piece of art. If someone was going to buy a shoe like this it would go well with a Halloween costume. :]
